We drug Diane through 15 different properties while looking and each time Diane had the specs, keys and had made all arrangements. Once we found our choice we discovered that the property was under contract. Diane then continued with our search and the complicated issue of a back up offer and the continued monitoring of that status while showing us additional units. To end we were able to secure the unit we wanted originally, at the price listed and close the deal. I am sure many other agents would have passed on the work that Diane did for such a small deal but she hung in there with us and made it all happen.
